How to Listen

WFAE’s She Says is an investigative podcast series that follows the story of a sexual assault survivor in North Carolina’s Mecklenburg County and the long and difficult process of finding justice.

Where can I listen to the podcast?

If you have a smartphone, the most convenient way is to listen on an app, like Apple Podcasts, Google Play, NPR One, Stitcher, RadioPublic, or TuneIn.

These and other podcast players allow you to “subscribe” to different podcasts so that you will be notified every time a new episode is released.

You can also listen to the She Says podcast on your computer.

Are podcasts free? If so, why do I have to ‘subscribe’?

The majority of podcasts are free to listen. The word “subscribe” simply means that you will be getting notified about new episodes of a podcast, or you can choose to have them automatically downloaded to your phone.

How do I subscribe to a podcast?

  3. Or, if you’d prefer not to receive every episode automatically, simply tap the name of an episode that interest you. You can stream the episode using your WiFi/data, or tap the plus sight and then the download icon to save the episode to your device for offline listening. This post has more helpful guidance.
